  • Test of colorfastness to artificial light /weather

    Ci4000
    - Sun light causes physical and chemical effect such as discoloration, aging and disintegration on the product surface. This is being performed with artificial light whose intensity and duration can be modulated. Physical and chemical change in product and material is verified through this test that used controlled artificial light source, humidity, temperature.

  • Flammability test

    Flammability tester (horizontal type)
    - Fire resistance of interior material of the automobile material is evaluated according to FMVSS-302 test method. Fire resistance is being enforced internationally and domestically by law.

    - For volatile organic constituens included in interior material of the automobile, volatility is being checked with reflection and gravimetric test equipments while heating at high temperature.

    Fastness

    Color fastness to crocking
    - Test is use to determine color migration of dyes in fiber material dying process. Color fastness is checked through laundry, perspiration, crocking, dry cleaning, water, etc.

  • Strength test

    Universal testing machine
    - Physical properties to breaking or tearing the product. Degree of extension, breaking force and tearing forec of test material is measured. Mainly tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, etc.

    Tensile strength: KS K 0520, 0521, 0537 ISO 12934-1, ISO 13934-2, ASTM D 5035
    Tear strength: KS K 0537, KS K ISO 13937-2, ISO 13937-2, ASTM D 2261
